What file formats are supported?+
XPixel supports PNG, JPG, WebP and BMP images up to 20 MB per file. The processed output is always a transparent PNG.
Is my data safe?+
Your uploads are encrypted in transit and automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days. We never share, resell or train models on your images.
How accurate is the AI?+
Our state-of-the-art segmentation model handles most photos automatically. For tricky cases you can refine the result with the in-app brush tool.
Can I use the results commercially?+
Pro and Max plans grant full commercial usage. Free-tier outputs are licensed for personal, non-commercial projects only.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes — email support within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it, as long as that period's credits are unused. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Does it work on hair, fur and fine edges?+
Yes. The model was trained specifically on hair, fur and translucent edges, so portraits and animals come out clean without manual masking.
Can I try it without uploading my own image?+
Absolutely. The showcase on the home page includes sample people, products, animals and cars you can load into the editor in one click.
How long are processed images stored?+
Your images and results are kept for 7 days so you can re-download them, then permanently deleted from our storage.
