This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions to XPixel. It supplements §7 of our Terms of Service.

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund of the most recent subscription charge within 14 days of that charge by emailing [email protected]. Refund requests outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. EU / UK Consumer Rights

Consumers resident in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital- services contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal. These rights are not limited by §1 above.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable: (a) one-time credit purchases that have already been consumed; (b) add-ons prorated to a partial billing period; (c) charges older than 90 days; (d) fees arising from violation of the Acceptable Use clauses in our Terms of Service that resulted in account suspension.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Allow 5 – 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. Currency-conversion differences are not refunded; you receive the exact amount that was charged in the original currency.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue faster. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection of the disputed amount plus fees.
